Plan and develop photo/video shoots from initial concepts through post-production and launch in collaboration with agency creatives. Source and organize all talent according to brand strategies and creative direction.
• Manage all areas of production by establishing shoot/project calendar, trafficking approvals of all production bookings and contracts (talent, artists, studios, etc.), distribute call sheet and pre-production book, create shot lists, manage budgets and final billing.
• Communicate client/agency requirements to the freelance photo shoot team. Guide the communication between artists and client and coordinate all pre- production meetings.
• Work with PR, Merchandising and outside vendors to request, obtain & organize all samples/product to shoot.
• Guarantee quality control throughout the shoot; collaborate with creatives and clients to ensure projects are aligned with budgets as well as integrity of the creative vision.
• Share relationships with artist and model agencies, casting directors, studios, illustrators, copywriters and caterers globally.
